Hello and pleased to meet you!

I’m a nutrition consultant in Bridgewater, NS. For three decades, I have been inspiring and guiding kids and adults to listen to their bodies and eat their way to balanced energy, concentration, and health.

I specialize in Holistic Nutrition for ADHD. I have provided workshops, seminars, and training in the fields of nutrition, traditional foods, the epigenetics of nutrition (ask me!), and community health throughout North America and Europe, as well as working clinically in Europe and now Canada.

I not only love food, I also love how great it can make us feel and think. When it comes to neurodiversity, I am coming from personal and family experience of ADHD and autism, and the impacts of nutrition.
So yes, I DO understand how confusing and frustrating it can be!

Simple and user-friendly answers to your questions, active listening, and visual information connections are just some of the ways I will work with you and your family in your journey to better health.

Schedule a free consultation

A free half hour phone consultation & orientation about our transformational programs. We get a basic understanding of your needs and how to best support your health journey.

Individual Clinical Support

Packages include initial information gathering, assessment & testing, comprehensive planning session, and monthly follow ups and check-ins.
Non-diagnostic tests and supplements may be recommended but are not included. Some costs may be covered by insurance.

You are not alone!

We offer Nutrition workshops for neurodiverse families. Join a small support group of 4-5
people in-person or on zoom.
Monthly meetings consist of a short workshop on a chosen health & nutrition topic followed by group discussion, Q & A, and exchange of experiences.
Each meeting is 90 minutes.

6 and 12 month packages available. We do in-person groups at LaHave River Health Centre. Other venues can be arranged, as well as zoom groups.
